Return Policy

At Pahlii, we take great care in curating, checking, and packing every saree before it reaches you. We understand, however, that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility: If you wish to return a product, you must raise a return request with us within 24 hrs of delivery. Reason of return should be valid. The product must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, in its original packaging with all tags, blouse pieces, and accessories intact. Sarees that are washed, ironed, stitched, altered, fall/pico done, stained, perfumed, damaged, or show signs of use will not be accepted.

  • Products purchased under Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or specifically marked non-returnable offers are not eligible for return
  • Minor Variations Are Not Defects: Colours may vary slightly due to screen or lighting. Minor irregularities in handcrafted/handloom/handblocked sarees are natural characteristics of the craft and are not considered defects.

PAHLII – 3 Step Return Policy: 

If your purchase doesn't work for you, you can request a return through our easy 3-step return process. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your products.

STEP 1 — Inform: You need to share the Order number, name of the product, image of the product and reason (Reason should be valid) for return via email at connect@pahlii.com within 24 hours from the time you receive your product. Once we review your request, we will confirm whether the product is eligible for return and, we will then approve your return request and then the next step follows. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not ordinarily be accepted.

STEP 2 — Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 3 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

  • Please click a picture of the package and also a picture of you handing the package to courier partner. Please pack the product carefully. Pahlii will not be responsible for damage or loss during return transit when the return has been shipped by the customer.

STEP 3 — Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy  

    Mode of Refund

    • Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1-year period for your purchase. Coupon code will be issued only once against the original order
    • Note: Products purchased using refund coupon code will be considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for another preference-based return, or coupon code.

    Applicable Deductions

    • Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email. for packages undelivered & returned. 
    • Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
    • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
    • Products purchased using refund Coupon Code will be considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for another preference-based return or another coupon.
    • For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes. 
    • Free shipping offer applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes will be deducted (charges worth ₹125) in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.
    • TOKEN AMOUNT REFUND - Token amount cannot be refunded in case the Cash on delivery order is not accepted or is cancelled by the customer / returns back to our warehouse due to any reason. (₹250 as per standard deduction for the 'to & fro' journey of the package)
    • In case the token amount paid for the COD order is of more than ₹250, the excessive amount will be refunded in the form of a refund coupon code as per the policy and will be emailed to the customer.

    Refund Eligibility

    • All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code. 
    • Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our warehouse. 
    • Items which are not informed for returns within 24 hours / not received by us within 3 days, are not eligible for returns. 
    • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.

    Refund Time

    • Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. 
    • The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order. 
    • A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
    • For products received damaged, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product, if available or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product. 

    Damaged Product Received

    All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, below is what you need to do:

    1) Inform within 24 Hours: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the beginning of opening the package, particularly for claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Write an email within 24 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at connect@pahlii.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

    2) Reverse Pickup: Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup, and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 

    3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code.

    Important Points

    • Refund coupon code cannot be redeemed/cannot be transferred to a bank account or other payment method.
    • However, if a product purchased using refund coupon code is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide an appropriate resolution after verification.
    • Applicable COD charges, original shipping charges, and/or return shipping charges, where applicable, are not included in the refund coupon code.
    • Pahlii reserves the right to reject a return if the product is used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without its original tags, packaging, blouse piece, accessories, or other items supplied with the order.
    • Minor Variations are not defects: Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and device display. For handwoven, handloom, hand-dyed, hand-block printed, embroidered, Zari, or artisan-made sarees, minor irregularities in weave, print, embroidery, Zari, texture, thread, or colour are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not necessarily considered defects.
    • Sale /Clearance / Special Discount Products: Products purchased under Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or specifically marked non-returnable offers are not eligible for return

    Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

     COD is available for orders below Rs 3500. COD orders are eligible for return under the same eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.  For approved change-of-mind returns of COD orders, the eligible return value will be provided as Pahlii Coupon Code and will not be refunded in cash. COD/cash-handling and applicable shipping charges are non-refundable.
