Cancellation Policy

At Pahlii, we carefully inspect and pack every saree before it reaches you. We understand, however, that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read the policy below before making your purchase.

Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.  In such cases, a small fee of ~3% of whatever amount you have paid will be deducted for the payment gateway charges & rest will be refunded as coupon code.
• Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Products purchased under Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or specially marked high-discount offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for Pahlii Store Credit in the form of a unique coupon code-valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue.
• Store credit cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.
